The General Assembly of Representatives (GAR) shall serve as the voice of the Citizens, bringing matters for resolution to the Secretariat from the participating Representatives of each Committee or Commission, whom shall be elected by the Citizens of the General Assembly and appointed with approval of the IRCEBOD. The GAR shall be composed of Representatives for independent organizations, supporters, and bodies connected, partnered, or affiliated with the International Community Organizations joined with I-RASCOM, having and guaranteed) their own Identities.

Key Benefits

Representation: each nation, community, and city or collective of RasTafarIs will have a voice in the General Assembly through their elected RasTafarI Representative.
Concern: the Representatives will be concerned about issues related to and affecting their own communities.
Access: each Citizen will have easy and direct access to their corresponding Representative to ensure that their concerns are heard and represented.

  • The Composition of The General Assembly of RasTafarI Representatives:

    One Representative from Each Country, State, City and or Island as approved by The Executive Board of Directors as being sizeable in population for individual representations. (This remains to be officially decided as some cities are larger than countries)
     

  • The Members of The General Assembly shall also be asked to serve on one of the Committees or Commissions of I-RASCOM.
