I-RasCom
INTERIM STEERING COMMITTEE: The I-RasCom Interim Steering Committee was
established with the mandate to interview and then appoint the appropriate
and most influential, righteous and serious minded individuals to key areas
of leadership within the Organization. The Interim Committee will maintain
complete governance of I-RasCom until the all of the Organs or I-RasCom are
fully functioning and there is no need for the Committees leadership.
The I-RasCom
Secretariat (IRCS) shall serve as the Organ assigned to supervise, carry out
and execute various tasks and projects, designating efforts accordingly
throughout the Citizen Body, realizing achievements toward financial,
material and diplomatic stability and Sovereignty. The Secretariat shall be
composed of the heads of the necessary Committees and Commissions covering
all aspects of necessary Community stability, i.e.: Education, Finance,
Security, Diplomatic Affairs and Geographic Locales.
The
Iniversal Council Of RasTafarI Elders (ICORE) shall serve as the deciding
factor on all issues presented by the Secretariat in the Assembly Agenda at
each quarterly Council Meeting on a rotating venue for accommodation and
benefit of every Citizen and Citizen Organization. ICORE will be composed of
Nominated and Approved Representative Elders and Eldresses from Abiding
Citizen Organizations. (Note: Elder refers to the Spirit and not necessarily
the Age of the Elder.)...
The General Assembly
of Representatives (GAR) shall serve as the voice of the Citizens, bringing
matters for resolution to the Secretariat from the participating
Representatives of each Committee or Commission, whom shall be elected by
the Citizens of the General Assembly and appointed with approval of the
IRCEBOD. The GAR shall be composed of Representatives for independent
organizations, supporters, and bodies connected, partnered, or affiliated
with the International Community Organizations joined with I-RASCOM, having
and guaranteed) their own Identities.
The
