ICORE ( The Iniversal Council Of RasTafarI Elders) is an Iceptual Iration, and Iself will assist the formation of such, and endeavor to bring representatives of RasTafarI Organizations together to take part in the assembling of the I-CORE. This site serves as InI reaching out to inform ones of the establishment of I-RASCOM Incorporated and the forming of I-CORE, and also as a formal request that ones will partake in the connection process, establishing communication links between the leaders of RasTafarI Organizations and representatives for I-RASCOM Inc. Through Unity and the Pooling of Resources, can InI objectives be achieved more readily, and through the distribution of knowledge and incorporated efforts from various regions will InI goals be accomplished.

Key Benefits

Voice: each Elder will serve as a deciding voice for their Organization on all issues brought before ICORE by the Secretariat for resolution.
Permanence: each Elder will be guaranteed their position and all abilities as ICORE Members so long as they remain active and secure within their Citizen Organization.
Authority: each Elder will hold all authorities and abilities bestowed upon them by their Citizen Organization and reserve the rights and privileges to call Council Meetings for resolution of difficulties and issues that may arise.

Functions

The Iniversal Council Of RasTafarI Elders (ICORE) shall serve as the deciding factor on all issues presented by the Secretariat in the Assembly Agenda at each quarterly Council Meeting on a rotating venue for accommodation and benefit of every Citizen and Citizen Organization. ICORE will be composed of Nominated and Approved Representative Elders and Eldresses from Abiding Citizen Organizations. (Note: Elder refers to the Spirit and not necessarily the Age of the Elder.)

 The Composition of The Iniversal Council of RasTafarI Elders:

·Three Representatives from The Twelve Tribes of Israel

·Three Representatives from The Order of The NyaBinghi

·Three Representatives from The Bobo Shanti

·Three Representatives from The Ethiopian World Federation

·Three Representatives from The Ethiopian Orthodox Church

·One Representative from Each Sub-House (Subject to approval)

·One Representative from Each Existing Rasta Organization

·One Representative from Suggested International Organizations
