Section IV-     OBJECTIVES (JUDAH SEALS PACT)

1. J-USTICE- To herald and lead the international call for reparations from any and all countries which have assisted and benefited from the inhumane atrocities of the Transatlantic Slave Trade.

2. U-NITY- To promote the international cooperation, Inity and harmony of ALL the mansions of the culture of RasTafarI, and all peoples.

3. D-EVELOPMENT- To promote upfull standards of living in all aspects of RasTafarI livity, especially on issues that concern the common interests of The People.

4. A-GREEMENT- To establish and uphold cooperation and agreements between ALL mansions and other organizations of RasTafarI.

5. H-UMAN RIGHTS- To promote and protect Human Rights in accordance with the United Nations and Universal Declaration of Human Rights, giving due regard to the authority of JAH-OVYAH words and teachings.

6. S-OVEREIGNTY- To work toward the establishment of Iniversal socio-economic status, theocratic governance, and for integration of RasTafarI as a Sovereign Nation.

7. E-DUCATION- To educate ALL the modern descendants of African slaves, all of RasTafarI, and the global community at large about the truths of humanity and the history of the Holy Bible.

8. A-SSURANCE- To establish an environment that will secure conditions for Africa and all her people scattered throughout the world to take their rightful place in the global community of Trade, Economics and Diplomatic Agreements.

9. L-IBERATION- To further the liberation and rebirth of Africa as one truly free nation, and the repatriation of New World and Western World Africans who so desire, to Africa.

10. S-UPPORT- To orchestrate and strengthen all efforts of promoting the true intentions of H.I.M, giving due regard to the establishment of the Organization of African Unity (O.A.U).

11. P-RESERVATION- To preserve Africa's cultural and historical roots for future generations and world representation.

12. A-WARENESS- To help regulate the research, promotion, and distribution of credible material in all fields of RasTafarI livity and activity.

13. C-OOPERATION- To embrace partnership with respectable organizations and international communities who promote the progression and advancement of African people and their descendants in the

14. T-ESTAMENT- To realize and testify to the validity and significance of the RasTafarI culture and all of its' beneficial tenets, customs, traditions and teachings.

Section V -      PRINCIPLES

1. The protection of the right to independent administration and self-operation of each Citizen, Mansion/Sect or Tribe Inited within the Family of IRASCOM.

2. Respect for the independent and individual teachings, customs and traditions of each Citizen, Mansion/Sect or Tribe Inited within the IRASCOM Family.

3. Unless otherwise authorized by the appropriate appointed elders of the individual Mansion, or after a petition by the representative majority of members of that Mansion/Sect or Tribe to ICORE, protection from any interference in the internal affairs of the Citizen, Mansion/Sect or Tribe within the IRASCOM Family.

4. Establishment of, and adherence to, a common set of codes and ethics of RasTafarI Culture generally agreed upon by the worldwide Rasta Community for the sole purpose of presenting a unified universal community of Rastas.

5. Undeniable and irrevocable rights of the individual Rasta to participate in the functions, projects and activities of IRASCOM.

6. Peaceful and prompt settlement of disputes involving RasTafarI by mediation, intercession, negotiation, conciliation, adjudication, arbitration and other appropriate means as may be decided by the Executive.

7. Commitment to the liberation of RasTafarI from political, judicial, legislative, economic, religious, or any other form of persecutions.

8. "Zero Tolerance" policy regarding the use of force, threats, duress or any means of intimidation against any Citizen, Mansion/Sect, Tribe within the Family of IRASCOM.

9. Promotion and affirmation of the Human Rights of every Citizen, Mansion/Sect or Tribe, taking due notice to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as instituted by the General Assembly of the United Nations in the year 1948 and the Charter of The United Nations.

10. Establishment of purposeful democratic principles, respect for natural law and the rule of law, responsible and accountable "leadership", keeping due regard to the Biblical authority of Theocratic governance.

11. The undeniable and irrevocable right of every RasTafarI to petition IRASCOM independently on matters of social justice, trade and economic development, Labor and Education, legal and citizenry matters and of areas connected to the sanctity and perpetuation of human life for the purpose of reinstating tranquility and harmony to the Family of IRASCOM.

12. Recognition of the entirety of The Africas as the birthright of all those who would claim her as their birthright, and the conscious awareness of our responsibility to the positive progression of the African Continent.

13. The protection of all rights, privileges, aspirations and opportunities provided to and from, by and for IRASCOM, transcending ethnic, linguistic, ancestral and national differences with the sole aim of establishing One Rasta Inity.
