The IRASCOM Secretariat (IRCS) shall serve as the Organ assigned to supervise, carry out and execute various tasks and projects, designating efforts accordingly throughout the Citizen Body, realizing achievements toward financial, material and diplomatic stability and Sovereignty. The Secretariat shall be composed of the heads of the necessary Committees and Commissions covering all aspects of necessary Community stability, i.e.: Education, Finance, Security, Diplomatic Affairs and Geographic Locales.
